Obtaining a Marriage License in Key West is easy, it only takes 15 minutes at the Monroe County Courthouse. You apply for the marriage license together, cost is $93.50, cash, or check, with a state issued valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport. There is no requirement for a blood test before getting a license and you can purchase and receive the license on the same day.
