MARRIAGE LICENSE INFORMATION
Getting married in Key West is so easy, all you'll have to do is get your
marriage license, which is only $93.50, with a state issued valid photo
identification. There is no requirement for a blood test before getting a license
and you can purchase and receive the license on the same day. However, if
you are a Florida resident there is a 3 day waiting period from the date of
issuance. You can get the license in any county in Florida. The Key West
Clerk of the Court is located at 500 Whitehead Street, in the "Lester Building.
Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
